Why Coloqa if you already have a travel agency, a booking tool or Excel?

    Coloqa starts before the booking: with the question of which meeting point suits the whole project team. You then book through your travel agency or directly in Coloqa, where booking is enabled for your organisation.

    Instead of searching person by person, Coloqa puts together travel and a hotel for all participants at once, from every office and checked against your travel policy.

  • Instead of a spreadsheet

    Coloqa requests connections and hotels from the connected providers and calculates cost, travel time and CO₂ for every meeting point with the same assumptions. The reasoning is in the decision memo.
