The first two pilot projects are free. In return, we ask for feedback and, if successful, a testimonial. We name the price for the time after the pilot project before it starts.

How the pilot project works

  1. Initial call

    We talk about your project teams, offices and upcoming meetings and find out whether a pilot project is a good fit.

  2. Set-up

    We set up Coloqa together with you: with your offices, people and travel policy.

  3. Plan real project meetings

    You plan upcoming project meetings by cost, travel time and CO₂. Throughout, you have a direct contact person.

  4. Joint review

    After 90 days we review the results together. You then receive a follow-on offer at the price named in advance – no automatic renewal.

Free travel check for your next project meeting

Tell us your offices and how many people travel from each, up to twelve people from up to six places. You receive a decision memo: the recommended meeting point compared with your headquarters, with cost, travel time and CO₂.
