Who comes from where?

Choose people or a project. The home offices come from your employee list; you add the dates and possible meeting points.

  • Travel limits such as maximum duration, changes and earliest departure

After the comparison

  • Decision memo

    The recommendation, two alternatives and the comparison with the office most participants belong to, with figures per person, weighting and price date. As a PDF or as a link for anyone without a Coloqa account.

  • Approval

    Your approval rules set who signs off above which amount or when a trip departs from the travel policy. An approval covers exactly the travel plan that was checked.

  • Booking

    Flight and hotel booking are built into the travel plan. Before you book, you see the final price, the included services and the fare conditions.

  • Calendar

    Booked trips appear in the traveller’s Google or Outlook Calendar or in their Apple Calendar subscription.
